Your Professional Kit
All of our diploma courses include a comprehensive product kit, carefully selected to help you practise your skills outside of training hours and confidently prepare for your assessments.
Having your own kit means you can:

Equipment Information
While your kit includes the essential products and tools you’ll need, electrical equipment is not included.
However, all electrical equipment will be:
- Fully provided during your training sessions at the academy

- What is the difference between a CPD course and a diploma?

- Do I need any previous experience to join a course?
No experience is needed for most of our CPD and diploma courses they are designed with beginners in mind. We’ll guide you step-by-step in a supportive environment.
- Do I need to complete anything before my training day?
Yes, most courses include pre-course home study. This helps you build essential knowledge, so you arrive feeling confident and ready for your practical training.
- Do I need to bring a model?
Yes, most courses require you to bring a model for your practical session. Some advanced courses may require two models, this will be clearly stated when you book.
- What if I can’t find a model?
We recommend arranging your model in advance, but if you’re struggling, please contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.
- What happens if I don’t feel confident after my course?
You’re always welcome back for a free recap session. We want you to leave feeling confident and supported, so you’ll have the opportunity to practise again and ask any questions.
- Are kits included in your courses?
CPD courses: Kits are not included. However, we provide all products, tools, and equipment for your training day and guide you on what to purchase afterwards.
Diploma courses: A full product kit is included so you can practise at home and prepare for assessments.
- Is electrical equipment included in my kit?
Electrical equipment is not included in diploma kits. However, it is fully available for you to use during your training at the academy, and we’ll guide you on what to purchase when you’re ready.
- How long are your courses?
CPD courses are typically 1-day practical training plus home study
Diploma courses vary and are longer, more in-depth programmes
- Will I receive a qualification?
Yes, upon successful completion you will receive a recognised qualification relevant to your course, helping you begin or progress your journey in the beauty industry.
- Will I be insured after completing a course?
Yes CPD and diploma qualifications are insurable, but we always recommend checking with your chosen insurance provider for specific requirements.
- What support do I get after my course?
Our support doesn’t end when your course does. You’ll have access to ongoing guidance, plus the option to return for a recap session if needed.
- How do I book a course?
You can book directly through our website or contact us for guidance on choosing the right course for you we’re always happy to help.
- Can I get funding for my course?
Yes, many of our diploma courses are eligible for funding through the Advanced Learner Loan, helping you spread the cost of your training.
- What is the Advanced Learner Loan?
The Advanced Learner Loan is a government-backed loan designed to help adults fund further education courses, making it easier to invest in your future without paying upfront.
- Who is eligible for the Advanced Learner Loan?
You may be eligible if you are:
- Aged 19 or over
- Living in the UK
- Enrolling on an eligible diploma course
- Do I need to pay anything upfront?
In most cases, the loan covers your course fees, so there is little or nothing to pay upfront (depending on the course).
- When do I start repaying the loan?
You only start repaying once you are earning above a certain income threshold. Repayments are based on your income, making it manageable and affordable.
- Will taking a loan affect my credit score?
The Advanced Learner Loan does not depend on your credit score and will not affect it in the same way as traditional loans.
- How do I apply for the loan?
Once you enrol on an eligible course, we will guide you through the application process step-by-step to make it simple and stress-free.
- Can I apply for more than one loan?
Yes, you can apply for more than one Advanced Learner Loan for different eligible courses, depending on your circumstances.
- I’m nervous about starting, will I be supported?
