Kate is the driving force behind the business, bringing over 26 years of experience in the beauty industry and more than a decade of teaching expertise. As Managing Director, she combines hands-on industry knowledge with a passion for education, ensuring high standards across every aspect of the academy.

Her commitment to helping others build successful careers in beauty is at the heart of everything she does, inspiring both students and her team to achieve their full potential.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, and focusing on personal growth through fitness and mindset development.

Terri

Terri started her beauty journey after completing a level 3 diploma in nail technology, beauty therapy and make up artistry. She has since completed her level 3 award in teaching and education. Terri is a beauty therapist and permanent makeup artist. She also delivers the combined beauty therapy course.

She specialises in cosmetic teeth whitening and semi permanent make-up.

Hannah

Our fun loving and supportive makeup artistry tutor with over 5 years of experience in the industry.

Having worked with leading brands, Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge, professional techniques and real-world experience into every class she teaches. Her passion for beauty and education helps students build confidence whilst learning the latest skills and trends in makeup artistry.

When she is not teaching or creating beautiful makeup looks Hannah enjoys travelling, spending quality time with her family and cuddling up with her miniature Yorkshire terrier.

Dori

Dori brings over 10 years’ experience into the beauty industry specialising in all things nails and lashes. With a passion for delivering high quality treatments and sharing her expertise, she is dedicated to helping students build confidence and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the beauty industry.

Her creative supportive approach creates a welcoming learning environment where her learners feel inspired to grow and achieve their goals within the industry.

Outside of work Dori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the outdoors and travelling abroad whenever she gets the chance to.

Kristina

Kristina is a dedicated beaty therapy teacher with a passion for helping students develop both their technical skills and confidence with in the beauty industry. With hands on experience and a strong knowledge of current treatments, techniques and industry standards she aims to create an engaging, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Kristina is known for her friendly approach ensuring every learner feels comfortable, valued and encouraged to succeed. Her goals in to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals to achieve their full potential and thrive in a dynamic, ever evolving industry.

Outside of work Kristina enjoys spending time in the countryside and with her 3 beloved horses.

Lucy

With over 12 years’ experience in the beauty industry Lucy began her career as a beauty therapist in a local high street salon before moving into account management and business development roles with leading brands including Elemis, Dermalogica and Caci international, building a strong expertise in advanced treatments, client care and driving business growth.

Lucy is now the centre manager for our Hove Academy, she is passionate about supporting the next generation of beauty professionals, ensuring every student receives high quality training and guidance.

Outside of the academy Lucy is a proud new mum to her little boy and loves spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
